Group participants conduct agreement

At FunBus Entertainment Ltd we take your health and safety seriously.
We require all bookings to agree to the terms and conditions and for the booking leader to sign a waiver for their groups personal code of conduct;

GROUP LEADER WAIVER – CODE OF CONDUCT

1. All participants are over the age of 18 years.
   Funbus Entertainment Ltd. will refuse admission on the FunBus to any person under the age of 18.
2. That any of the participants may be asked for proof of I.D during the event. They must be able to produce documents if necessary. Failure to do so can result in being refused to partake in activities.
3. I understand and accept that all group members participating in the event will travel in an open sided moving vehicle that there is an element of danger and risk of physical or emotional injury to the participant(s) and others and consequently the participant(s) is/are to conduct themselves while participating, in a sensible and responsible manner and in compliance with all notices, instructions and directions as published or displayed from time to time and in compliance with any instruction given to the participant(s) by an authorised person in control.
4. That the participant(s) is/are in a good state of health and free from any injury, medical condition, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participating in FunBus Entertainment Ltd. activities or which may make it unsuitable for the participant(s) to take part in such activities. Additionally, the participant(s) does/do not have any medical condition that may make the activities more dangerous or may increase any risk of injury to the participant(s) or others or make more likely that the participant(s) will be involved in an accident, which could result in any form injury during the event.
5. I acknowledge and agree that the participant(s) is/are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others whilst participating in activities. I understand that the activities may be undertaken without direct supervision following safety instructions and agree that the participant(s) will at all times adhere to any safety procedures on board the vehicle.
6. Funbus Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right to limit the number of alcoholic beverages offered to each guest, subject to the individual’s drinking capacity.
7. Guests are subject to the code of conduct at the venues. Funbus Entertainment Ltd. and the venues reserve the right to expel or refuse entrance to any guest as a result of a breach of the code of conduct, at which point the guest shall lose all their rights with regard to the Event, with no right of refund.
8. In booking and attending the event the group leader takes responsibility for the health and safety of all of their invited guests. Funbus Entertainment Ltd. and its associated agents do not take any responsibility for any loss, damage, injury to guests nor their belongings, or claim for any injury or impairment the participation may incur for the duration of the event. All guests should keep valuables with them at all times.
9. Guests must notify Funbus Entertainment Ltd. of any specific dietary requirements or allergies at least 7 days prior to the Event. After this time, Funbus Entertainment Ltd. and the venue cannot guarantee that any dietary requirements can be catered for.
10. That the participant(s) will not engage with FunBus Entertainment Ltd. activities whilst under the influence of any illegal drugs.
11. FunBus Entertainment Ltd. consents to the participant(s) and accompanying members of their group undertaking photography for their own non-commercial purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever.
12. The participant(s) acknowledge(s) that FunBus Entertainment Ltd. is not and shall not be liable for any damage or loss to themselves, any third parties or property incurred whilst the participant(s) is/are undertaking the activities.
13. I confirm that I have read the above and adhere to the guidance set by the staff appointed by FunBus Entertainment Ltd and those at the route venues.
